Office Manager - Budapest

We would like to hire an Office Manager for our Budapest design centre. This is a key role involving considerable responsibility.

Tasks:
• Maintenance of efficient office administration; maintain close contact with Finance department, accounting, HR administration, office record-keeping and administration.
• Ensure and maintain an efficient working relationship with Duolog Ireland especially with regard to all administrative matters
• Maintain contact with suppliers and business partners.
• Assist the Design Center Manager and the Duolog management team on a variety of tasks and projects.

Requirements:
• College / University degree
• Fluent English
• Good problem solving skill
• Leadership and people management skills
• Proactive and tolerant personality.
