Title: Field Applications Engineer
Location: US-CA
Responsibilities:
As a Field Applications Engineer, you will work with our Support and Sales teams to provide pre and post sales support to existing and potential customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Support key accounts assigned to you
- Demonstrate Duolog EDA products to potential customers
- Support customers during product evaluation
- Promote the usage of all Duolog products and identify new opportunities in your accounts
- Support product installation and train new users
- Develop product training material
- Produce technical documentation such as white papers, user guides, tutorials and application notes
- Build and maintain strong relationship with Support team, Sales and Engineering teams
- Provide product planning and enhancement feedback to engineering.
The successful candidate's minimum qualifications will include:
- BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years experience in IC design and/or EDA product support
- Strong verbal, analytical and written communications skills.
