Senior Applications Engineer - Silicon Valley, USA

As a Duolog FAE you will be working side-by-side with some of the brightest engineers in the industry supporting some of the most sophisticated and complex System-on-Chip (SoC) designs in the world. You will help in the technical qualification of potential customers and projects as well as lead and support technical product evaluations and on-site customer deployment. You will also play a very active role in account planning working directly with the account managers and product marketing.

Required Experience:

  • Experience in hardware and software design methodologies
  • Sub-system level design, integration & verification
  • Design implementation (VHDL, Verilog)
  • Strong experience with hardware, software and verification languages
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both internal and external
  • Ability to promote and evangelize Duolog\’s products and corporate image through confidence and reliability
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support customers
  • 7+ years of relevant industry experience
Senior Digital IC Design & Verification Engineer - Budapest, Hungary

As a Duolog Senior Digitial IC Design & Verification Engineer, you will be working side-by-side with some of the brightest engineers in the industry designing and verifying some of the most sophisticated and complex System-on-Chip (SoC) designs in the world.

Required Experience:

  • Design & verification of complex components for leading-edge SoC chip designs
  • Sub-system level design, integration & verification
  • Design implementation (VHDL, Verilog)
  • Verification with industry-leading tools and methodologies (OVM, eRM, SystemVerilog, SystemC, e)

Junior Digital IC Design & Verification Engineer - Budapest, Hungary

As a Duolog Junior Digitial IC Design & Verification Engineer, you will be working side-by-side with some of the brightest engineers in the industry designing and verifying some of the most sophisticated and complex System-on-Chip (SoC) designs in the world.

Required Experience:

Traineeship - Budapest, Hungary

Duolog is offering a six week traineeship that includes the design of a UART. We will be recruiting two to four candidates every quarter.

Requirements:

  • On the path to graduate as an Engineer
  • A desire to work in IC design and verification
  • Completed subject/s in digital design
  • Proficient in either VHDL or Verilog language
  • Able to pass our technical interviews
  • Intermediate English both spoken and written
  • Want to get your first work experience at Duolog

What is the goal of the traineeship?

The UART based design & verification training provides real-world Industry experience to new engineers at Duolog.

The purpose of the training is to ramp-up new team members with various product development concepts, design & verification technologies and methodologies, best practices, quality processes and procedures, communication, presentation and reporting skills.

During the training the engineers use leading EDA tools from Duolog and other vendors such as Cadence Design Systems and Mentor Graphics.

The UART training has several phases: Requirement analysis, Functional specification, Architectural specification, RTL coding, RTL code review, Verification planning,  Testbench writing, Testbench code review, Verification,  Self assessment and lessons learned reporting. Furhermore, the trainees will execute five presentations about their intermediate deliveries to a large audience throughout the training.

The training is executed as a full fledged project with a Project Manager allocated and several review milestones conducted by various members of Duolog’s Senior Engineering Team.
